Conservatories Etc Becomes a Member of TrustMark11/05/2016
At Conservatories Etc, we’ve got some very exciting news – we’ve gained a Government endorsed accreditation! We’ve been vetted and independently inspected to ensure that we are skilled and reliable – and we’re now new members of the TrustMark scheme. Find out what this means for us and for our customers.
What is TrustMark?
TrustMark is the only Government endorsed scheme for all trades in and around the home. Working with industry and consumer organisations including Citizens Advice and Trading Standards Alliance, TrustMark aims to signpost consumers to the best tradespeople. As well as being a safe and easy way to find reliable tradespeople, TrustMark provides consumers with advice and guidance.
How did Conservatories Etc Become a TrustMark Member?
Becoming a member of TrustMark means going through a vigorous vetting process, and agreeing to be subject to regular checks. Our work will continue to be independently inspected to ensure that we’re keeping up our high standards of trading practices, technical skills, and customer service. As long as we’re a member of TrustMark, you can be sure we’re working to Government endorsed standards.
What does the TrustMark Badge Mean to our Customers?
At Conservatories Etc, we’re proud to hold the TrustMark badge. Although we always do our very best to give our customers confidence in us, we understand that they may be cautious with who they trust with their hard-earned money, and could have had negative experiences with tradespeople in the past. The TrustMark badge gives our customers real peace of mind, assuring them that our work is of the very highest standards.
At Conservatories Etc, we’re thrilled to be recognised by the TrustMark scheme. To find out more about the scheme, visit TrustMark.org.uk.
